Most of my orders are shipped the next business day. Sometimes, I am able to ship the same day! I don't usually offer returns, however if you receive an item and it isn't as described, please reach out to me before leaving feedback. My customers are very importatant to me and I always try to be upfront with the condition of each item I sell. However, I am only human and I might miss a detail!
